Ingredients

150ml Cranberry Juice

45ml Vodka

30ml Cointreau

Squeeze of fresh lime juice or a dash of fresh lime juice cordial

Ice cubes

2 lime slices, to serve

Method

1. Pour the cranberry juice, vodka, Cointreau and lime juice or cordial into a cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice cubes, cover and shake from the shoulder for 30 seconds or until well chilled.

3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately with a lime slice.
