Classic Daiquiri

Ingredients

2 1/2 ounces white rum

1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice

4 teaspoons superfine sugar

Ice

1 lime wheel, for garnish

Method

In a cocktail shaker, stir the rum, lime juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with the lime wheel and serve.
