The Salty Dog

This classic cooler can be made with vodka or gin and is perfect for a warm sunny day.

Ingredients:

1⁄2 oz Vodka or gin
oz Grapefruit juice
tsp Coarse sea salt

Method:

Rim a highball glass with salt.

Shake the vodka (or gin) and grapefruit juice, pour over ice in a highball glass.

Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
