Ingredients

45mls 42 Below Pure Vodka

20mls Sugar Syrup

30mls Fresh lemon juice

7.5mls Balsamic vinegar

3 Strawberries (diced)

1 Strawberry to garnish

Black pepper to garnish (optional)

Method

1. In a mixing glass, combine the diced strawberries with the sugar syrup.

2. Add vodka, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar.

3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

4. Garnish with strawberry and fresh grind of black pepper.
