Eggnog

Ingredients

1 oz Dark Rum

1⁄2 oz Brandy

1 pinch Nutmeg

4 oz Milk

1 Egg Yolk

2 tsps Honey

Method

Blend the egg yolk and honey with the rum and brandy using a blender.

Bring the milk to boil.

Pour all ingredients into a toddy glass.

Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
