Classic Brandy Daisy

Ingredients

30ml of Brandy

2 dashes Rum

2-3 dashes Curacao Liqueur

3-4 dashes Sugar Syrup

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Soda water

Method

1. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake well.

3. Strain into a large cocktail glass.

4. Top with soda water.
